Purchase campaign device from 26.07.2023 until 30.09.2023 at one of the shops listed in claims form
Step 2
Complete the online Claims Form within 7 days from the purchase date. You will need to provide purchase details.
Step 3
Return the device to us using the FREE return packaging we we'll be providing. The return must be made within 14 days from completing claims form.
Step 4
After checking Your device we will make payment within 5 working days.
